A message to our Y6 leavers

Learning by QuestionsEach day, we'll be using LbQ in schools for our morning maths activities and for some other activities throughout the week. You can join in with these activities using the following codes (these only last for 24hours so it's not possible to catch up on a quiz the following day).

SeesawWe'll be using Seesaw over the next few weeks. You can download the app for your tablet or click on the logo to visit the website. The code you need to log in should be in the latest home learning pack that you can collect from the school office. |

SumdogMaths- Complete any previous challenges that you've missed from the home learning packs. |

Spelling ShedKeep practising spellings from the Y5&6 key word list. |

Reading ListIf you've run out of books to read at home, there are a few great places to go to with stacks of great books on offer. You can have a look at a recommended book list using the link on the left or register/log into Wirral Libraries, letting you access free ebooks to read at home. You could always use BugClub too! |

There are some changes to how we would like you to use our home learning packs. Have a close look at the introduction to Learning by Questions and Seesaw, which will mean that if you're learning at home, you can still connect to out lessons in school.

This week, Y6 should have been completing the SATs. Due to the corona virus pandemic, this is no longer the case. Instead, the Y6 team have put together their own 'lockdown SATs' (that you will find below). We have also included the mark scheme so you can go through them with your child.

Your home learning pack mentions the 2016 SATs maths tests but you may find that these aren't in your pack. You can download all three of the test using the links below. Answer the questions in your exercise book.
