Year 4's Visit to London

Thursday 18^th - Saturday 20^th June 2024

Year 4 will be travelling to London in April.  Follow what they're up to with their itinerary (below) and our social media feeds.

Luggage and Essential Items

• Please pack with your child so that they know what is in their bag and label all items of clothing.

• Luggage cases should be as small as possible (no larger than a cabin-size suitcase), which children must be able to carry themselves. 

• Children need to have a comfortable backpack to use throughout our visit, but please bear in mind that children are representing our school and so must wear smart casual clothes.  Unacceptable clothing includes tank/crop tops, flip flops, and football tops.

• Trainers/sensible shoes must be worn.

• Do not bring sweets, mobile phones, electronic devices, torches or cameras (disposable cameras are allowed), as these are not needed.  Staff will take plenty of photos and will share these on the school's social media channels. 

Required luggage items:

• Sleeping bag

• Pillow case

• Towel and minimal toiletries – toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, hairbrush etc.

• Backpack

• Water bottle – to be filled throughout the day

• Waterproof jacket (to fit in backpack)

• Packed lunch from home, on Thursday (to fit in backpack also)

• A book to read on the train/before bed

• Sun protection lotion and a sun hat
